Payment Methods

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards on our website. Please select Paypal or Google Checkout to make payments with your credit or debit card.

Delivery

All UK delivery is handled by Royal Mail. All of our products are shipped for free unless an alternative method is chosen at checkout. For International delivery we charge a specific fee to provide insurance and tracking. Most international deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or DHL. After placing an order, we will notify you when your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times can take from 1 working day to 5 working days. Once we have dispatched your product, it is in the hands of Royal Mail.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We will refund/exchange any item that you purchase from us providing the item is returned within 14 days of purchase date, in its original condition. Please note: we do not refund the delivery cost for you to return the the evening bags or other products to us.

Refunds will be made by a credit to your card, Paypal account or Google Checkout Account.

Please also attach a note to the returns package explaining your reasons for return.

Product Information

We make every effort to display as accurately the colours of our products that appear on our website. However colours may vary slightly dependent on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colours you see through your monitor will reflect the colour of the product upon delivery.

The sizes and measurements of all products are approximate. However we do make every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto our systems.

We reserve the right to refuse an order where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.

Goods are subject to availability, as there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted. If an item you order becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you by email and as soon as possible.

Purchasing of Products

An order placed, refers to a purchase contract. Once the purchase contract is in place, your card will be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse an order, in which case we will fully refund your payment. Non-acceptance of an order can result from the reasons below.

• The product ordered being unavailable and out of stock
• Our inability to obtain and authorise payment
• The identification of an error with the product information including price and promotional issues.

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. The laws of England shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We will take all reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

After Purchase your Products

When you place an order on our website, you will automatically be shown an order confirmation page showing your order number and reference number. Please write this down and keep it safe.

When the order comes through on our system, one of our order processing clerks will email you to confirm the order and provide you with an estimated dispatch date.

The second email will confirm that your order has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided.

Now you just need to wait for your package to arrive.
